MVHR installation for a penthouse in Milan

To create a healthy and comfortable home environment, it is essential to have control over air quality.

Air Control collaborated with the Simax Studio in San Donato Milanese to design and implement a ducted air exchange system for a penthouse in Milan.

The project included:

Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) with a highly efficient heat recovery unit.
Ducted air conditioning system with zoning. This solution allows for temperature control in each individual room through thermostats that interact with the air conditioning system.

Additionally, the DustFree active sanitization device with PCOᵀᴹ (Photocatalytic Oxidation) technology was installed. This system effectively eliminates viruses, bacteria, allergens, and odors (VOCs - Volatile Organic Compounds), ensuring that both the systems and surfaces in the environment are kept sanitized and clean.

To provide an innovative technological solution without compromising aesthetics, PSB recessed diffusers with a "filo muro" finish were installed, offering perfect integration with the interior furnishings. In this way, design and technology come together to deliver an efficient and unobtrusive air conditioning and MVHR system.
