Main activities in which the identified resource will be involved, initially in collaboration with colleagues in the administrative team:
- Control and accounting of passive invoices
- Management of expense notes and support for general accounting
- Management of daily emails
- Various office duties
Requirements:

Supplier Selection and Evaluation:
• Identify and select reliable suppliers through market research, comparative assessments and performance analysis.

• Maintain an updated list of qualified suppliers, promoting long-term and collaborative relationships.
Contract Negotiation:
• Conduct negotiations with suppliers to obtain the best economic and contractual conditions, including prices, delivery times, and payment terms.
• Draft and manage purchase contracts, ensuring compliance with the agreed clauses and protection of company interests.
• Periodically review contracts to ensure they are up to date and competitive.
Cost and Budget Monitoring:
• Control and analyze purchase costs to optimize the company budget and identify savings opportunities.
• Create detailed reports on expenses, savings achieved and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with the finance department to ensure compliance with spending forecasts and proper cash flow.
Market and Trend Analysis:
• Constantly monitor the market to identify new purchasing opportunities, emerging trends and potential risks.
• Assess the impact of changes in raw material prices and market conditions on the supply chain.
• Implement alternative procurement strategies in the event of supply disruptions or significant price changes.
Supplier Relationship Development and Management:
• Build strong and strategic relationships with suppliers, promoting collaboration and resolution of any issues.
• Periodically evaluate supplier performance in terms of quality, punctuality and service, using specific KPIs.
• Organize periodic meetings with suppliers to discuss performance, issues and improvement opportunities.
Implementation of Procurement Strategies:
• Develop and implement procurement strategies that optimize time and costs, minimizing risks related to supplies.
• Collaborate with other company departments to integrate purchasing strategies with operational and production needs.
REQUIREMENTS
• Previous experience in a similar role in the plumbing and heating sector.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement processes and market dynamics.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of the English language.
